Our Mandate
The Board of Directors has a mandate which commits them to:
...be an information and communication technology (ICT) business that creates jobs and opportunities for professional Bangladeshi and foreign staff.
...be concerned with wages, the working conditions and the professional development of their workers. BCM is an incentive-based program where salary and rewards are measured against performance and outputs. BCM personnel benefit from a percentage of any profit. BCM also assists with such things as higher education for staff, inlcuding health care for staff and their children.
...set high standards and a professional work ethic. BCM is managed by experienced professionals who are trained and experienced in cultural norms, cross-cultural communication and creative media.
